I was able to set up service on my wifes user button but when I try to set up
my user it keeps giving me an error " user name/password incorrect" I only
have one user name and password. Doesn't make since to me. Comcast couldn't
figure it out either

If that is all the information that you gave to Comcast, I am not surprised.

Please copy & paste all error messages to your reply.

Consider removing Norton from your system, and installing AVG Free
anti-virus.
