set up for send and receive emails with pop3 and also smtp

i have Yahoo and i seem to not be able to get into my email. it is saying
enter a network password, and i dont know on what it would be. i have never
been asked to enter a network password before. please help...

To access Yahoo mail with Outlook, you need a paid email account unless
you're in the UK.
