Set up e-mail server

I need the information on what to put in the incoming mail server box (POP3,
IMAP or HTTP)
and the out going server bow, (SMTP)

It depends on your email provider (who is probably also your internet
provider). Ask them where to find instructions for setting up. If they
haven't written instructions for Windows Mail yet, use the instructions
for Outlook Express but under Windows Mail. The instructions are
probably somewhere on their web site. Or, you could tell us who
your email provider is and see if anyone here already knows where
to find the instructions.
 
Your ISP should have the information you need. Server types, names, etc.
to get you up and running. You would need to give them a call to find
out those settings.
