Set up an automatic response to all emails whilst in the office

I need to set up an automatic response to all emails that come into the inbox
of my inbox, even whilst I am in the office. I dont want to set up the out
of office reply as it appears as though I am not in the office.

I dont think I can because I get emails from approx 1000 different email
addresses, and different addresses every day so new addresses wouldnt get the
message. Is that right?
 
No, you should be okay. When you set up the rule, one of the steps asks for
conditions, just don't check anything and click Next, it will ask "This rule
will be applied to every message that you receive. Is this correct?" and
click Yes.
