Your email account provider has that information.
They should have a help page on their website.
If you tell us who provides your email account, perhaps someone can assist
you.

I see you posted with a Yahoo email address. Is that your only email
address? US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no
POP access. Windows Mail handles POP mail but not Yahoo webmail.
Yahoo's solution is to pay them for premium "Mail Plus" service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/overview/index.html
and use the special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-14.html

If you are OK with using a non-Yahoo email address, you have these other
solutions that will work with Windows Mail:
* Use the email address assigned to you by your ISP.
* Use a free Gmail, AOL, or Hotmail/Live account.

You can also continue to use Yahoo's webmail: http://mail.yahoo.com
If you need more help with any of these solutions, just ask.

To set-up my e-mail account, I need POP server incoming and outgoing. Anyone
out there have that info?
I had a disc melt down and can't find my old paperwork

You, too, can contact your ISP (i.e., att.net AKA SBC/Global) for this
information.

Q. How do I set up my email account when the default configurations do not
work?

If the domain name at the end of your email address is one of the following:
ameritech.net, att.net, flash.net, nvbell.net, pacbell.net, prodigy.net,
sbcglobal.net, snet.net, swbell.net, or wans.net, then the default email
settings on the frame will be:
User Name: entire email address (for example: (e-mail address removed))
POP3 Server: pop.att.yahoo.com
POP3 Port: 995
POP3 Secure? SSL
SMTP Server: smtp.att.yahoo.com
SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Secure? SSL
SMTP Login? Checked

If those default email settings don't work, replace the default settings by
manually entering each of the following email settings into the frame:
User Name: Entire Email Address (for example: (e-mail address removed))
POP3 Server: fpostoffice.isp.att.net
POP3 Port: 995
POP3 Secure? SSL
SMTP Server: fmailhost.isp.att.net
SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Secure? SSL
SMTP Login? Checked
