Set up a phone list with extensions and positions and by dept

I am trying to create a company wide phone list by using our employee
database to import and add new employees once a month. I have different
levels of personel that have to be grouped together by store, position and
department with the phone extensions. Any Ideas????
 
Sure, just build a columnar report and use grouping and sorting to determine
where the people print. The group header can contain the department (and or
supervisor). You can add a "rank" field if you need "important" people to
print first within a group.

I have done this in the past (long ago). I also used a footer that included
the common items like fax numbers and phone distribution lists.

Just dig in and then ask us specific questions as you encounter them.
