Set Printer for 1 Particular Report

Hi,
I have built a maintenance database, where users report machine breakdowns
asking for a engineer to respond,

The User fills out a form then sends the request,the idea is that this then
prints a report based on the filled out form to the maintenance printer,
without doing a print preview. I dont want to set the default printer as any
other reports will go to them also, a lot of users arent very computer
literate so i dont want them to have to select printer on every job request -
this way would also lead to job request reports not getting sent to the
correct printer.

Any ideas would be appreciated thanks

If the Access Report that is used is only for the maintenance reports, you
could set the page properties to use a specific printer.
