set flag for follow up for emails did send to a certain people

1. How can I set flags for follow up for all emails did send to a certain
people in one go? (Or is it possible to set up a rule to do the same thing?)
So I can delete all other emails without a flag and only focus on the email
only me have the visibility.
2. How can I create a keyboard shortcut of setting flag for follow up?
eg. Crtl + Alt +F to flag a email?

Group by the flag, then select and drag messages you want flagged to the
appropriate group.
2. How can I create a keyboard shortcut of setting flag for follow up?
