Set all in computer to send emails

I dont know how i can set my computer (Windows Mail) so that i can send my
emails and my Friends can send me there one. Please i need HELP!!!
 
Who provides your email service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider.

I see you posted with a @web.de email address. Is that your only
email address? Unfortunately, I don't read German all that well,
but somewhere on the http://web.de site should be some instructions.
If not, give them a call.
