set a password

Many people use the same PC I use we all have one Login
Name and Password and this give eveyone the same ADMIN
rights "This I can not change" On this PC I have A folder
with lots of files. I would like to password the folder
so no one could open it with out the password.

Use WinZip. XP does not have natively the ability to password protect
individual files and folders.

Then you need a 3rd party solution since Windows XP is not designed to
work that way.
However it does work very well if you have different profiles.

What is the reason for "This I can not change"?
If you give the reason, someone may be able to give you an
alternative.
