Serving a website (externaly) from a local network machine

I have a small network at home, plugged to a router that its plugged to a
cable modem.

Now, I want to serve a website from one of this machines but the router its
giving me this virtual IP, which is not allowing the website to be accessed
from any other machine outside my network!

IS THERE A SOLUTION?
