Is any method to run services via tasksheduler at definied
time?
When I run adequate file from explorer it doesn't work.

What exactly are you trying to do? I don't understand what
"adequate file from explorer" means.

at 1:00 net start "your service"

That will start the service at 1 AM, the next time 1 AM happens. See at /?
