Hi
I´m logged in as Administrator but I´´m not allowed to
start the service "Print Spooler".
And because of that I can´t add any printers.

Anyone who know´s what to do?

What messeges are you getting if any?
Remote Proceedure Call and Workstation must also be
running they most likely already are but check anyway.

This is only a geuss on my part but try a sfc /scannow
perhaps a file is corrupted or missing?

I wish you luck.

When in the services.msc what is the present setting
of that service ? If it is automatic, look into the event
log for messages back around boot time.
What does it say when you attempt to start it, assuming
it is not disabled? And, again, what gets written to the
event log?

It could well be that you have been hacked and the virus/trojan have
replaced the spooler service with one of their own. I would run a virus scan
asap.

Check if at %SystemRoot%\system32\services.msc the "Remote Procedure Call" is started. Else Find the error in the Logbook under %SystemRoot%\system32\eventvwr.msc /s and mail it.
