Windows 2000 does not have any DOS
Go to Google and type a search for a possible worm.

sorry i did not mean ms-dos. it runs CMD and i can see 2
exe file listed there. hidden.exe and services.exe, but i
have been checking for a virus on internet and cannot
find, i have also run ad-aware which also found nothing.

Hi dred,

Try on Google "services.exe worm"(no quotes)

Also go here and run an online virus scan at Symantec
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/
Look under Virus Definitions
Choose Virus scan and whatever it shows you, print or write down, go to Google and do
searches for keywords, and use this to find Symantec fix sheets. Do them in the order they
say and don't leave anything out, least you dilemma will NOT go away.
