services.exe and 100% CPU Usage

My PC is extremely slow and the CPU Usage constantly shows 100%. If I start in safe mode, the system performs normally. If I use msconfig and turn off the system services, the system performs normally. I cannot figure out which service is causing the problem - any suggestions?
