ServicePac s1 - Welcome Screen

I down loaded the service pac S1 and it disabled my
welcome screen. When I try to reset with "Change how
users logon and off" I get an error that says "a
recently installed program associated with msgina.dll has
disabled the welcome screen and fast switching feature
and must be uninstalled"

What's with that???

I guess I will have to uninstall S1 but it seams a lot
more complicated than the install.
