Serviced components?

Hi all, Have few serviced components. Everytime there is some changes I have
to redeploy them. I was thinking of making those settings changes in an
external config file (xml) in that case how do I access the configurations
from COM Component (from code wise if I want to use
Configuration.Appsettings....?) Also where do I deploy these settings file
since I presume the DLLHost loads all my COM Components, so should I place
the settings in system32?

Please advice.

publisher policy assemblies are made are made avalable to handle
situations like this . you need to accosciate one with the assimply of your
