Service Unavailable for IE Search

I am getting a "service unavailable-DNS failure" message
when I click on the search button. My laptop does bring
up the search engine. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

To restore default Search functions, download and then run the
program below. If you have any customized features, you may have
redo them.
