Service passwords

Does anyone know of a way to check what Domain Services
are being run with specific accounts?
Eg, Backup software runs on a Domain account, if i change
the password the backups wont run.
How can i find out which accounts run all the
services/utilities/applications so when i change the
passwords, the Network wont fall over?
The Network is Win2003 btw

I have scripted SvcAcct.bat to generate a CSV file of services and the account they run under.
