If you go here http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp, it
checks what you are missing, lists them, and allows individual updates.

You should read what the fixes and updates are, and decide if you need
to download it.

I can't count the number of times I have heard, "It worked until I
installed the service pack!"
