What is a Folder with Fully Qualified Path way? I'm trying to install Service Pack 2. This requirement is requested while trying to install up-date. At this point I'm stymied.

You are trying to install SP2?
Anyway - - a full path would be something like
c:\directroy1\directory2\filename.extension

Service pack 2 *hasn't* been released yet. Wherever you got it, I'd wait
until it was perfected.
