Hi, I am having problem to install service pack 2. It downloaded the sp2. In
the message box it says you have choosen the open box. But, the open box was
grayed so I could not click. Yet the save on disk was checked. As I could
not open and save as was already checked, I clicked on yes to download. It
downloaded the programme but when I click on install, it said can not be
installed on your computer. But I had it installed before. So why it can not
install now?
