The remote procedure call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly and then the
stupid shit said computer will turn off in sixty seconds please shut down
all programs

windows xp help said that at the command prompt to type in (sc query)
What the hell does that mean

It means search the damned group - this is an FAQ and, had you bothered to
use http://groups.google.com you could have found your answer in less time
