Server2003 ADM on Server 2000

I'm trying to find the ADM files that come with Server 2003.

They don't appear to be downloadable from the MS website.

We're still using 2000 adm's but all our clients are XP xp1a and I want to
update to inprove the functionality of our group policies.

Can somebody please send me them at this address (e-mail address removed) or
tell me where I can download them.

I'm also after an ADM for Ofice XP. I've tried the MS site but can't seem
to get anywhere.

They do, but only for the version installed.

I want the ADMs that some with the Server2003 so I can update ours.
