Server Upgrade - XP accounts

We currently have an NT4.0 single server domain with XP
workstations that have domain user accounts set up. We
are looking on updating the NT4.0 server to Server 2003.
We would like to do a clean install instead of an upgrade
do to a lot of old programs that have left a lot of junk
behind. The question is, if we do a clean install, and
set up the new user accounts, groups, etc the same, will
the user profiles set up on the XP workstations for the
domain users still be OK or will they all have to be
recreated?

NO! Windows NT 4.0 uses "domains" and starting with 2000, it uses 'Active
Directory". You will have to re-create them.
