server names

I think i must be thick , what is the server name for the pop3 ans smtp
accounts, i.e whats the bit that goes after the pop3 piece and smtp piece,
pulling my hair out with this.......
 
Your email account provider should have the necessary server names and
settings on their website.
If you tell us who your email account is with, perhaps we can help you.
