Server cannot be found..

Hello,

Today one of our workstations can not find our mail server. He gets the
message "The pop3 server name you specified cannot be found" It worked
everyday before and works on the other 60 workstations we have. We are
using outlook 2000. I have deleted and reentered his profile with a
different name. Strange thing is the same computer cannot find this mail
server or any other in Outlook OR outlook express. Please help!!!

Can you ping the server by name?
Can you ping it by IP address?
