Server Busy

I keep getting this pop up box, (even when i don't have
any programs open!)

the box reads :

Server busy
This action cannot be completed because the other program
is busy.
Choose "Switch To' to activate the busy program and
correct the problem.

could someone please advise, as this is occuring very
frequently!

Hey Guys This Is Beginning To Get Quit Annoying The Server Is Busy, Is And Is Coming Up Repedativl
Can Some One Please Help Me. Thanks
 
for me this thing comes up every day i restart my comp
and when i switch the switch to button the start button opens up and it is annoying
anythin to do with videolan...... mite be coz dats recently what i installed
