Why are my ASP.NET apps giving me this message? I am unable to get anything
to work. Thanks for any help.

Chris,
I've had that happen to me several times when using ASP.NET 1.0 and 1.1
on Windows XP. I fix it, I had to reinstall ASP.NET. I ran
aspnet_regiis.exe -i. It reinstalls ASP.NET on IIS.
