Serive pack 2 Access Denied on Install

I cannot install the service pack 2 on my XP prof
edition. It says "Access denied" halfway throught the
installation. It downloads everything fine, but stops
installing half way through.

I have full Admin Rights and the System Acocunt has full
access to the folders in the C: Drive including WUTEMP. I
have tried to go to:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;873148&Product=windowsxpsp2

But it is a bad link.

Can anyone help with this error?
