Serious error on startup

For the last ten days I get an error message saying that I have just revcoverd from a serious error. Do I want to send error to Microsoft. I send what ever it has saved and than logs of

Can I expect some sort of response from Microsoft? What it is the purpose of my sending the error log if I get no help. Am I to just contunue running getting the error massage each time I start up? Thanks for your help. Otto
 
If you post the specific error message here someone might be able to help
Under start/help&support you can get direct help from MS via email
Under Control Panel/administrative tools/event viewer you can read the specific
error and also get MS help
