serialize haschtable

Hi,
I have a tree structured object. Each node of the tree has a haschtable. I
need to XML serialize my object... what is the best way to xml-serialize
haschtable

of useful results.
There is generally one method (or maybe two when considering some
not-so-direct methods like serializing the hashtable to two lists with keys
and values) so the one easily found on google may possibly be the best one.
