Micron GX3 w/o serial ports. Came with serial to USB
adaptor cable, "Secret 7", pn USB-S-CG. I try to connect
to serial device (industrial coin validator) but get
message "Can't Open Default Com Port".
Is there a driver associated with these types of
adaptors? I am migrating from NT4 to XP and losing my
serial ports as I go. Any suggestions to help get the
serial to USB adaptor function going?
