I am sure it's 1 million dollar question!!

If that was possible, then Microsoft would have done it!!

The best way is to use the activate online feature .

You are right.

I saw the Babylon dictionary tool is using this method, and I bought
it.

I still agree the online activation, should we use ASP.NET to develop
it or ?
