Serial doesn't work

I got 3 serial from microsoft on my email account, but none of them work.
What can i do?

If you installed a version other than Vista Ultimate, your Product Keys will
not work.
 
I was trying with ultimate.
I still don't know what was the problem, but i got it working with another
serial from other account.
