Seperate Contact lists

I run two,quite different, businesses. I would like to create seperate
Contact lists for each business, plus one for my Personal contacts.
I used to be able to do this with my previous version of Outlook.
with the current one I can see that I can colour code the contacts but that
means I am sifting through a very large database instead of 3 smaller ones
which I find more suitable.
 
You can still create separate Contacts folders via File-> New-> Folder
Personally I prefer a single Contacts folder and use custom views to filter
which contacts (categories) I would like to see. This way syncing to your
mobile still works (most only allow only to sync 1 Contacts folder) and Name
Checking will show all possible names instead of only from the first
Contacts folder that it has found a match for.
