Sepate email accounts

This is my first time to use Vista. There are 2 of us that have email
accounts but we do not want to view each others mail. How do I get it to
where I only pull in my emails?
 
Create user account for each.
Each has it's own password. Correct password is to be entered before one can
gain access to the account.
Meaning, each user account will have it's own e-mail account, and only the
user with the password can get in.
To set up user account :
Start button > Control Panel > Classic View > User account > manage another
account > ( prompt ) > Create a new account. Follow instruction from there.
