Separate report on tabs based on Sales Rep Info

I am needing to take a large data population and create a report based on the
Sales Rep/Customer combination. I need each repset(combination) on a new tab
and then I need to pdf it.
I am including a sample of the layout.
Please help as I need to do this ASAP.
