Sent to Mail Recipent doesn`t work

Hi there! When I try to send a document by email throught send to -mail
recipent (after clicking with the right button of the mouse) outlook 2007
doesn`t load ata all.
I have successfully configured the email account but this feature doesn`t
work.
How should I proceed ?

Does a new message window open? If not, exactly what does happen?
