Sent messages in outlook disappear, not saved in sent box ,OFFICE

No settings have been altered, all sent messages now disappear and are not
saved in sent box.
 
Check the settings you claim you have not altered. Then post back with your
Outlook version, mail transport, settings for saving Sent Items, and filters
you have applied to that Folder view. You have provided no information that
would permit anyone to assist you.
