Sent Messages Archiving

Hi.

I would like to be able to automatically archive a sent
message to storage files other than the "Sent Item" file.

Ideally, there would be an alternate "Send" button on the
toolbar. When the alternate button was pressed, the
message would be sent, and at the same time a copy of the
message would be placed in a storage file named
either/both for the subject line and all the recipients.

Even more ideally, the autoarchive tool would create the
storage files automatically as new messages are sent to
new recipients.

Help desk here at work had no ideas on this - anyone out
there?

The Rules Wizard can help you set up a rule to move mesages after sending.
