Sent Items

I have a user who has no problem sending/recieving mail. However she can not
go into her sent items. She gets an outllib.dll error. This happens on
anything she logs into. We are using exchange 5.5 and we are in the middle
of a migration. We have still not set up exchange 2003 but we are running AD
2003 in a trust.

I have tried many things but so far no luck. Tried Service Pack 3 too no
luck. Anyone ever see this. I'm trying not to have to delete her mail box
and recreate it. I'm hope for some suggestions.???
 
Have you tried deleting her ost file on her computer and recreating her
profile in Outlook?
