Sent Items folder

I've got a computer that all the configurations are set
up to save sent messages in the sent items folder but
they are not being saved. Any ideas?

Are you sure they are not getting saved? Often times this is a view issue.
Check your view. View, Arrange By, Current view (or View, Current View
in older versions of Outlook).

Did you ever figure this out. I've got one user that is having the same
problem. But other users on the same machine don't have the problem. I've
deleted both the user and mail profile on the machine and still doesn't
change anything.
