I have lost all my sent email's except for todays. What happened or what
setting did I inadvertetly change?

Open the Sent Items folder, then look near the upper right corner.
Does it say "Hide Read Messages" or "Show All Messages"?
You want the latter setting for what is known as the 'Current View'.
Each folder saves its current view setting, so check that setting in
every folder.

I have Show All Messages in the Current View. All of me sent messages from
yesterday have been deleted. I closed the program and Restarted the computer
as I do everyday. This has only happened the last two days. I can not see or
find any of the sent emails. Is there another setting I need to pay attention
to?

I don't know of any other setting that affects which messages are displayed.

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not fully compatible
with Windows Mail.

Thanks Gary.

I am using Mcafee which I know is an issue. I have migrated to Live Mail and
i have recovered the lost Sent emails. Thanks!

You're very welcome. Thanks for reporting back.
