Outlook 2000: When sending a message with an attachment, typically an
embedded web site link, one user randomly has a problem where the sent
message will not disappear from her desktop even though the message was
successfully received by the recipients.

The message stays open and can be minimized and maximized. She can also can
click on the command bar in the message. The only way to get rid of the
message is to click on the X.

One last symptom, the body of the message displays whatever is displayed on
the desktop, right in back of the message, at the time she maximizes it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thx.

Does this person run an antivirus mail scanner? If so, they should try
disabling it to see if that makes a difference.
