Sent e-mail can not be re-plied to

I can sent an e-mail, but the recipient can not use the re-ply to contact me.
If he writes a new e-mail to me, it comes through ok.
Can some please help!

What have you specified in...

Tools > Accounts > your email > Properties > General > Reply Address?
 
What makes the recipient believe that he cannot reply to your email?
(I'm trying to point out that you left some critical information out.)
