Hi,

i have a group in outlook, first i can't determine how many emails are
inside coz there is no properties option or any indicator in the status bar.

anyhow, everytime i send to that group it only sends to part of it (as if
there's a maximum number to send to) so i have to send to the rest of the
group seperately in another email.

is that normal? if not, how to solve this?

i'm using Microsoft Office 2003

Thanks.

Have a look at the following article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;238569

There are 2 ways to look at this question:

- If I send a message, is there a limit of how many I can send to?
- If I build a distribution list, is there a limit?

The answer is Yes to both.

The 1st one is limited by your ISP or Mail Server.

The second is also yes, however it depends on how much information you
have in each contact. There is not an exact number of contacts that you can
add to a DL (distribution list).

If you only store a name and e-mail address, then the limit may be
between 125 to 130 contacts.

If you store more info than just the minimum then you may only be able to
add between 50 and 70 contacts.

The article above will explain in more detail.
