Hi

I'm using Outlook 2003 on WinXP Home. I don't use exchange just
personal folders.

I have a genuine need to send a newsletter to a growing team and the
list will soon exceed 100 people.

Is there a limit set to the size of a distribution list either by
Outlook, ISPs (in general) or by the actual email protocol? Am I going
to have problems later?

As a related question, I'd like to be able to have Outlook send the
emails individually rather than as a single email with multiple
recipients.

Is this possible? I guess it would be with VBA somehow, something I
might have a go at. Any links would be helpful.

Many thanks in advance

Your ISP will have limits as to how many. I use Optusnet and can only send
50 at a time. Very annoying but it's to protect others from spam I know. Not
useful when you have several hundred to go out.

Best option for you is to use a maillist server. Either use a public free
one like yahoogroups.com, topica.com or smartgroups.com or explore programs
that can be installed onto your mailserver such as Mojo, phpBB or others.
