On some messages that I send out in outlook 2003 it will copy the
message and send it 15 times. I have mcafee antivirus and have run a
virus scan on trend micros site. If anybody has an idea on what is
happening please help. Rob

This can be caused by several things. One cause is the scanning of emails,
especially the outgoing emails by an antivirus program. You should disable
that. Another cause is a server timeout value that is too low. Increase
that on the Advanced tab of your account properties pages.

Hi,

This can be caused because of a broken UIDL caching. You can go ahead
and try creating a new pst and make that PST as the default PST and check if
the behaviour is the same. IF this does not help, you can also try creating
a new profile and check if that helps.

Hope this helps !!!

Thanks and Regards

UID caching only applies to downloading from POP3, not to sending via SMTP.
None of these solutions will help.
