sending shortcut including selfmade icon

I would like to send a desktop-shortcut to someone by email. However, I
would like to include the icon i have created for this shortcut. Can
anybody help me out? I would like to avoid people having to save the
icon and connect it manually to the shortcut. People should be able to
use 'save to' (desktop) form the email and that the shortcut is placed
in one go (like several websites have)

Create a new folder put the shortcut into it and the icon then pu
the icon thats in the folder on the shortcut then zip it
